This policy explains how the createrole team ("we") collects and uses your information on createrole.com and the trial platform.

What we collect

• Information you submit: email, name, company, role, use case, source and message when you request access, send an on-prem inquiry, subscribe to updates or ask for the whitepaper.
• Usage data: aggregate statistics such as page views, used to understand how the site is used. We do not track your identity through the site.
• Bot protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, so Cloudflare may process your network information.

How we use it

• To review access requests, contact you to arrange a demo, and send activation emails and materials you asked for.
• To send product updates and event news. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we stop after you unsubscribe.
• We do not sell your information or use it for purposes unrelated to the above.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, email is sent through Resend, and the database is hosted on Neon. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

Lead information is kept until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it. Email llmadd.com@gmail.com at any time to view, correct or delete your information.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are announced to subscribers by email.
