createrole is a platform for digital employees that improve themselves, built and run by Tingwei (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.
The name
createrole means exactly what it says: create a digital employee for a role. You give it a profession; it gets its own computer, notes and memory, works by day, consolidates memory at night, is examined and coached against that profession, and every improvement waits for your approval. The brand is written in lowercase, createrole, and lives at createrole.com. It has nothing to do with the CREATE ROLE command in databases.
What we build
Agents on the market can do the work, but they forget when the day ends. createrole narrows recursive self-improvement (RSI) into a bounded, reversible, auditable growth loop: model weights stay frozen, what changes is memory, notes, skills and the exam system; a candidate only reaches you if it beats the baseline on the same question set; every change is versioned and can be rolled back. The whole stack runs on your own machines.
