Solutions Engineer (On-prem Delivery)
Take government, state-owned and confidentiality-bound customers from scenario design and demos to on-network deployment and acceptance.

What you will do
- Work with customers to map roles and scenarios, and design memory, skill and exam plans for their digital employees.
- Deploy on the customer network or a DGX Spark cluster, connect models, pass acceptance, and keep it running offline.
- Train customer admins on the console: model catalog, accounts, system settings and audit.
- Bring field feedback back to the product and standardize the delivery process.
What we look for
- Three or more years in B2B delivery or pre-sales, comfortable with Linux, Docker and basic network troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of LLM deployment: vLLM, GPU memory and throughput, model switching.
- Able to face customers alone, explain complex mechanisms clearly and negotiate scope.
- Willing to travel and solve problems on site.
Nice to have
- Government or state-owned enterprise projects, familiarity with domestic security compliance and intranet rules.
- Deployment docs or operations manuals you have written.
